Personal Assistant needed for busy CEO.

This is a combined role personal assistant/administrative assistant to support one of executives at a medical testing startup. CEO is looking for someone comfortable taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities including calendaring, expense reports, general office management, and personal assistant duties for the CEO and his family.

Qualifications
• experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant
• working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• excellent communication skills

• extensive customer service experience handling “difficult” customers
• college degree a plus

Hours
There is some flexibility on start time in the morning. General hours are 7am to 5pm.

Location
Job location will be split between office in Fremont and the family home in Union City. Must live within a 5 mile radius of Fremont.

Compensation
$20-23/hr
